Behind the Camera

Hi, I'm Rachel! I use the pronouns she, her, and hers. In May of 2022, I finished my degree in Digital Media Study, Film Production, Theatre Production Costume Design, and Strategic Media Messaging Journalism.

I graduated Summa Cum Laude with honors from Phi Beta Kappa, College Ambassadors, Honors Society, and Alpha Kappa Chi. I was able to finish school with a 3.923 GPA.

As of today, I am a Content Videographer and Editor for Bruckman Media, a production company based in Hambirg, New York. Since Graduation, I have worked as a Digital Media Designer for Full Circle Studios where I create, code, and imagine creative projects, starting with interactive kiosks for visitor’s centers, museums, & other businesses, At the same time, I also worked as the Social Media Coordinator for the Laundromutt in Kenmore, New York. Here, I create, schedule, and conceptualize content for a wide variety of platforms as well as head email marketing tactics and create digital marketing materials and demographics.

I experienced the fast-paced environment of sports videography after I assisted in video production for the University at Buffalo's Division 1 football team, the Bulls. I also spearheaded the production of "Try it Tuesdays" with the Buffalo Nutrition team for weekly food-focused videos.

   My aspirations include wanting to produce and direct a feature film. To me, this is my biggest dream, and I intend to accomplish that. I want to engage with my work as much as possible. This means being hands-on and devoted to all aspects of the process of filmmaking.
